Beliefs are just thoughts we've told ourselves over and over until they become our reality.
That can be good, like when we tell ourselves we CAN run that marathon, write that novel, start that business.
Or they can be negative and limiting, like when we say, "I can't manage that," or "This is too difficult for me."
Beliefs can be very powerful, which is why we need to be careful about telling ourselves beliefs that limit us instead of serving us.
